Language Express combines language development, social development and literacy in a fun-filled summer camp.

About program:
Language Express is run by Speech Language Pathologists at the Down Syndrome Research Foundation. The program’s goals are simple but important — to help increase confidence in children and teenages by improving their abilities to express themselves and interact with others. We believe that an improvement in social language skills, whether it be better eye contact or improved turn-taking skills, will lead to a corresponding increase in self-esteem and independence. The program is designed not only to meet these goals, but also to ensure that our participants have a great time learning.
